Mr. DuBois earned a master's degree in physical science from The University of Chicago in 1948 and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois in 1941. He is a member of The Military Conflict Institute. In recognition of his superb military service, he has received a Distinguished Service Medal and a Legion of Merit with Two Oak Leaf Clusters.
